I live in Boerne, Texas -- 20 miles northwest of San Antonio, with my two boys (Brent - 13 & Brian 11) and my husband Mathias.  I've had many jobs over the past 20 years but am currently the Office Manager/animal expert extraordinair for the Wildlife Rescue & Rehabilitation.  WRR is the largest accredited non-profit Wildlife Sanctuary in the country. My family and I are active members of the Episcopal church in our town (I was the church secretary of our church in Massachusetts before we moved to Texas).  I'm a lay-reader and Eucharist minister. I've also enjoyed getting back into acting and have recently had leading roles in two plays in the Boston area and smaller roles in two plays.

My husband of 6 years is a German citizen and is a research scientist and ecology minded and wishes everyone were driving electric vehicles.

My eldest son is an avid pianist and K'Nex-pert!  Quite the young engineer.  Brent loves the fact that he towers over me and I have to stand on a stool to hug him goodnight (that's okay, I'm making fun of his changing voice).  Brian is a Boy Scout and loves dragons and wizards and riding horses.
