A year after graduation,
I married a Pearl Harbor sailor. We stayed in Hawaii another year then
moved to New Jersey where he was from. We both hated it there. My parents
had retired at Patrick AFB near Cape Canaveral, Florida so we decided to
move there. That was in 1982 and I have been here ever since. When the
space shuttle goes up I can see it from my front yard.
I have
two daughters: Jolene (18) and Angela (15). I was a stay-at-home-Mom for
many years. After 19 years of marriage, my husband decided the grass was
greener somewhere else and divorced me. I decided to finally go to college.
I got my AA degree last May and now am a Communicative Disorders major
at the University of Central Florida.
I met
a wonderful man a year ago and we have become engaged. We will marry next
June 5th. I would love to hear from classmates!
