| Calling all Cowboys
and Cowgirls!!! Friday Night at the Stockyards! No trip to Fort Worth would be complete without spending sometime in the World Famous Stockyards!! Art Crum arranged for us to have a wonderful Tex-Mex dinner at a restaurant called El Rancho Grande...we had the upstairs all to ourselves and along with great food the Texas size margaritas were flowing! A lot of our local alumni joined in the fun and it was a great kick off to the official weekend events! |

| Billy Bob's Here We
Come! No trip to the Stockyards would be complete without having a drink at the World's Largest Honky-Tonk! After dinner we headed over to Billy Bob's so the gang could get a feel for good 'ole Texas music and more. This place even has it's own indoor rodeo! A number of us went to watch the Bull Riding where Marissa (Mimi and Dennis' daughter) got picked out of the crowd by the Rodeo Clown to be part of his act! We had lots of fun and even got to watch Peter try to tackle the two-step!! It's a lot different than the hula!! |
